REFUND & RETURN POLICY

OVERVIEW

Thank you for supporting Down There Skincare®, a brand of Beauty Mixtress LLC. Our products are handcrafted in small batches with premium ingredients. Because of the personal-care nature of our products, all sales are generally final. Your satisfaction matters, and we will do our best to help if there is an issue.


1 – FINAL SALE POLICY

Due to hygiene and safety regulations, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on:

  • Intimate and body care products (including soaps, serums, powders, creams, masks, scrubs, and oils)
  • Limited-edition ritual kits or spa boxes
  • Gift cards or digital products
  • Items marked “final sale” or “limited release”

This ensures every customer receives fresh, unopened, and uncontaminated products.


2 – DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, notify us within 3 days of delivery at luxuriousbathboutique@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the item(s) and packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

Once verified, we will issue a replacement or store credit at our discretion. Claims beyond 3 days or without photo evidence cannot be honored.


3 – ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders may be canceled within 1 hour of purchase if production or shipment has not started. Email luxuriousbathboutique@gmail.com with your order number. Orders in processing, production, or shipped cannot be canceled or refunded.


4 – LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

We are not responsible for packages that are lost, delayed, or marked delivered by the carrier but not received. If your package shows as delivered but cannot be located, please:

  • Verify the shipping address used at checkout
  • Check with neighbors or your local post office
  • Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number

We will assist when possible, but replacements may not be guaranteed.


5 – ALLERGIES & SENSITIVITIES

Please review ingredient lists carefully before purchase. While our formulas are created with gentle, high-quality ingredients, individual reactions can vary. We are not responsible for skin sensitivities, allergies, or adverse reactions. If you have concerns, contact us before ordering.


6 – EXCHANGES

Exchanges are not accepted due to product type. For damaged or incorrect items, we will replace or issue store credit per Section 2.


7 – REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

Refunds are approved only for verified cases of damage, incorrect shipment, or customer service error. If approved, a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. If not received, check with your bank or card issuer before contacting us.


8 – RETURN SHIPPING (IF APPLICABLE)

In rare cases where a return is authorized, we will email instructions. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or refunded. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the error was ours.


9 – GIFT RETURNS

Qualifying gift returns may receive a store credit once approved. Gift cards and digital items are non-refundable.


10 – POLICY UPDATES

We may modify this policy at any time. Changes are effective upon posting. Please review periodically.
