RETURNS / REFUNDS / SHIPPING POLICIES

 

Due to the nature of our products, returns are not prohibited unless of a defect on behalf of the seller. Exchanges will be considered/granted only if the incorrect product was received.

In the event an item is not received, please report the oversight to us within 24 hours after receipt of package. We will send out another package within 3 business days unless seller communicates another date depending on availability. Your item will be shipped via USPS First Class Parcel. Your tracking number will be emailed to the email address we have on file.

Return Shipping Fee:

Down There Skincare will pay for return shipping on any error made on our part. If customer received free shipping on their order, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping fee to Down There Skincare. This however is managed on a case by case basis.

Send us an email at downthereskincare@gmail.com to report any errors. Instructions on how to return the product(s) will be given in email.

Returns must be received within 5 business days after the customer is notified.

Refunds:

All refunds will be processed within three (3) business days after returns are processed and/or returned to Beauty Mixtress LLC dba Down There Skincare.

Shipping Policy

Currently, Down There Skincare ships orders Internationally via the United States Postal Service (USPS) and United Parcel Service.

The Priority Mail service we offer is Regular and Flat Rate.  Priority Mail comes with up to $50 of insurance and tracking.

Shipping Addresses
We currently ship via the shipping address you add to your order, not the shipping address on file with PayPal.  Reason for this is many forget to update their shipping address in PayPal which results in packages being shipped to the incorrect address.
Please note, if you provide an incorrect address and it is shipped, you the customer are responsible for contacting USPS to attempt to track and redirect the package. It is not the sellers responsibly. We will not send out a replacement. The customer will have to place another order.
